b. Perform thorough inspection and cleaning of all City catch basins throughout the City, <br /> including all trash capture device screens installed within City catch basins. <br /> c. Perform thorough inspection and cleaning of all culverts and open channels <br /> throughout the City. <br /> d. Perform thorough inspection and cleaning of all treatment control BMPs throughout <br /> the City. <br /> Contractors shall be familiar with the proper operations and maintenance procedures <br /> of various treatment control BMPs including, but not limited to: <br /> • Continuous Deflective Separation(CDS) Units <br /> • Bioretention Basins <br /> • Bioswales/Vegetated Swales <br /> • Pervious Pavement <br /> • Drywells <br /> • Proprietary Biotreatment Devices (i.e. Filterra or Modular Wetlands) <br /> • Underground Infiltration Systems <br /> • Underground Detention Systems <br /> • Cartridge Media Filters <br /> • Infiltration Basins/Trenches <br /> • Catch Basin Filter Inserts <br /> Contractors shall be capable of performing landscape and irrigation system <br /> maintenance/repair for BMPs that include vegetation. <br /> e. Report stormdrain infrastructure data to the City when conducting inspections and/or <br /> cleaning, including but not limited to: <br /> • Date of inspection/cleaning <br /> • Location <br /> • Dimensions/measurements of stormdrain facilities <br /> • Asset identification number <br /> • Trash capture device type and condition <br /> • Damage (face plate,protection bar, manhole, interior, inlet/outlet pipes) <br /> • Obstructions or vegetation growing <br /> • Condition of"No Dumping" stencil <br /> • Volume of trash, debris, and sediment removed during cleaning <br /> • Inlet/outlet pipe diameter and material <br /> £ Stencil"No Dumping Drains to Ocean" on the top of catch basin inlets. <br /> City of Santa Ana RFP 26-018 Page Al-5 <br />
