Birch. and did not witness the shooting. <br /> <br />(714) <br /> <br /> <br />At approximately 11:00 PM, and his wife, , were in bed when they heard <br />yelling and 4-5 gun shots. remembers seeing numerous male subjects in the alley earlier <br />in the night. <br /> <br />(714) <br /> <br /> <br />At 10:00 PM, heard two gun shots and believed they were just shooting in <br />the air. No yelling or commands were heard. <br /> <br />(714) <br /> <br /> <br />Heard 4-6 shots while in the house.
