Um, you just went straight to let me put your hands up? <br />GRAHAM: Yes. <br />CARVO: Okay. And did he react when you yelled the commands at him? Did he look at <br />you? <br />GRAHAM: I think he put his hands up. <br />CARVO: He did put his hands up. <br />GRAHAM: He did put his hands up. <br />CARVO: Okay. Did he turn and face you? <br />GRAHAM: He was already facing me. <br />CARVO: Okay. Do you think he had seen you at that point as you approached? <br />GRAHAM: Yes. <br />CARVO: Okay. Um, what was the lighting like at the time? <br />GRAHAM: There was actually a light that was right there where we were at, just in the <br />alley way though. <br />CARVO: Okay. And I think you can kinda see it right here in the corner where the two, <br />right where the two alleys intersect. Is that correct? <br />GRAHAM: Yes, there’s a light there yes. <br />CARVO: Okay. And what in the backyard itself, was there any light? <br />GRAHAM: No. Not that I recall.
