So you actually got him on the ground in-between the car that was under <br />the tarp and the wall, that south wall of the property. <br />GRAHAM: Yes. <br />CARVO: Okay. And then once you got him on the ground you handcuffed him? <br />GRAHAM: Um, I don’t think I was the one who handcuffed him. <br />CARVO: Okay. <br />GRAHAM: I don’t think so. I don’t think I handcuffed him at all. <br />CARVO: Who do you think handcuffed him? <br />GRAHAM: That I don’t even know (LAUGHS) honest to God I don’t know. <br />CARVO: Okay. So you got him down on the ground. <br />GRAHAM: Right. <br />CARVO: And what happens next then? <br />GRAHAM: Um, okay I got him on the ground, I held him down, I grabbed his arm to <br />handcuff him… <br />CARVO: Uh-huh. <br />GRAHAM: I really don’t think I handcuffed him though, I think a…either, I don’t know who <br />was there, that handcuffed him or handed me the handcuff. I don’t know, it <br />was at that point…but I know he was handcuffed at that point. But I don’t <br />remember if I did or not. I don’t think, I don’t think I did. <br />CARVO: And at that point he’s still in-between kinda between the car that’s under the <br />tarp and the wall of the property. <br />GRAHAM: Yes. <br />CARVO: Okay. And you said you had to pull him out from there. <br />GRAHAM: Yes.
