Once you pull him out where does he end up? <br />GRAHAM: Ah, just on the ah…was it the west side of the car, the car with the tarp… <br />CARVO: Okay. <br />GRAHAM: …just at the bumper, kinda at the bumper. <br />CARVO: Okay. And what happens then after you get him out from the tight spot? <br />GRAHAM: Ah, get him out check him for weapons. Immediately check him for weapons, <br />his waist band, everything. <br />CARVO: Uh-huh. <br />GRAHAM: Um, and check him for injuries, see if he was shot or hit anything. <br />CARVO: Okay. And what did you find? <br />GRAHAM: Ah, actually I got blood on my hand ‘cause I didn’t even realize…I didn’t think he <br />was hit, at that point, but um, I, I, realized I had got blood on me because he <br />was hit. Um, and then ah, I believe another officer came up and start rendering <br />aid or whatever. <br />CARVO: Okay. Did you find any weapons when you checked his waistband? <br />GRAHAM: No. <br />CARVO: And you said that you had blood on you and you eventually discovered that he <br />had been hit by a gunshot. <br />GRAHAM: Yes. <br />CARVO: Do you know where he got it hit? <br />GRAHAM: I believe it was a butt cheek. <br />CARVO: Okay. <br />GRAHAM: One of the butt cheeks. <br />CARVO: Um and another officer came and started rendering first aid to him.
