At any point while you were chasing him did you lose sight of his hands, <br />um so that you couldn’t see where his hands were or whether or not there was <br />something in his hands? <br />GRAHAM: Ah when he went on the side of the pickup truck, it was kinda hard to see, but <br />ah, I don’t know if I actually lost sight of his hands, it was ***, you know I don’t <br />know, if he was concealed where I just didn’t see his hands, it was kinda…he <br />was running, so… <br />CARVO: Right. <br />GRAHAM: …that was kinda, kinda, and I wouldn’t say I actually lost sight of him, but I <br />would say I kinda had a visual of him… <br />CARVO: Okay. <br />GRAHAM: …you know… <br />CARVO: So it sounds like you could see part of him, the truck was a full size truck or a <br />pretty large truck.
