Um, did Officer ENRIQUEZ ever say anything to you about um why he <br />shot at this guy or what he was thinking at the time? <br />GRAHAM: No. <br />CARVO: Okay. Um, after he was taken into custody additional officers arrived, right? <br />GRAHAM: Yes. <br />CARVO: And then what, what did you do or where did you go, what happened to you? <br />GRAHAM: Um, at that point I had been…got away from the situation and stood off to the <br />side, and let the other officers kinda handle the, the taking into custody, and the <br />paramedics and all that stuff. <br />CARVO: Okay. Um, did a supervisor eventually show up? <br />GRAHAM: Yes. <br />CARVO: Do you remember who that was? <br />GRAHAM: Corporal NELSON showed up. <br />CARVO: Okay. <br />GRAHAM: Um, I believe Sergeant BROWN was there. <br />CARVO: Do you know if either one of those um got a statement from either you or <br />Officer ENRIQUEZ, as people call a Safety Statement? <br />GRAHAM: I gave that to Corporal NELSON. <br />CARVO: You did? <br />GRAHAM: Yes. <br />CARVO: Okay.
