Prior to any questioning, FULCHER advised GUILLEN of his Miranda rights; after <br />which, GUILLEN stated he understood his rights and wished to speak about the circumstances <br />surrounding the incident. <br />During the approximately one hour long interview, FULCHER asked GUILLEN questions <br />related to his involvement in the robberies that occurred at the Santa Ana High School. <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br />INTERVIEW REPORT
