For further <br />information refer to SAPD report DR# 12-31262. <br />On October 23, 2012, OCDA Investigator ANDREW ROSS collected a vial containing <br />GUILLEN’s pre-transfusion/admitting blood from WMCSA. <br />On October 23, 2012, at approximately 0245 hours, OCDA Investigator TOM CONKLIN <br />went to the Santa Ana Police Department and observed OCCL Forensic Specialist LINDSEY <br />OLSON process the following Santa Ana police officers: <br />• Officer DAVID ENRIQUEZ <br />• Officer ANTONIO GRAHAM
