Carvo Approved By: <br />Date of Report: January 23, 2013 Date: 01/29/13 <br />Page 12 of 22 <br />OLSON photographed ENRIQUEZ and collected a Glock, Model 22, .40 caliber, semi- <br />automatic pistol, serial number KEZ535, from him. There was one .40 caliber cartridge in the <br />chamber, and eleven .40 caliber cartridges in the magazine in the pistol. The magazine had a <br />capacity of 15 rounds. OLSON also collected two additional magazines from ENRIQUEZ’s gun <br />belt. These magazines each contained the maximum 15 cartridges. <br />OLSON photographed GRAHAM and conducted a round count of his primary and back- <br />up firearms. GRAHAM’s primary firearm was a Glock, Model 22, .40 caliber, semi-automatic <br />pistol. There was one .40 caliber cartridge in the chamber, and 15 .40 caliber cartridges in the <br />magazine in the pistol. The magazine had a capacity of 15 rounds. GRAHAM had two additional <br />magazines on his gun belt. Each of these magazines contained the maximum 15 cartridges. <br />GRAHAM’s back-up firearm was a Glock, Model 27, .40 caliber, semi-automatic pistol. There <br />was one .40 caliber cartridge in the chamber, and nine .40 caliber cartridges in the magazine. <br />The magazine had a capacity of nine rounds.
