After reviewing <br />witness statements, SAPD reports, SAPD radio traffic, 9-1-1 calls, Orange County Fire Authority <br />(OCFA) reports, Orange County Crime Lab reports, incident scene photographs, and other <br />relevant reports and materials, the following summary of events was developed as a result of <br />this investigation: <br />On the night of October 22, 2012, JAIME LOPEZ GUILLEN was visiting his girlfriend, <br /> , at her house, which is located at Street in Santa Ana. <br />GUILLEN and were in the alley on the west side of house, visiting with <br /> brother, , and his friend, . <br />GUILLEN was drinking alcohol and became intoxicated. He became belligerent and was <br />showing off a black handgun (pellet gun) that he had concealed in his waistband.
