TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT <br /> Cal OES may exercise its option to terminate this Agreement at any time with 30 <br /> calendar days prior written notice. If at such time the Agreement terminates, Cal OES <br /> and the Agency will mutually agree upon any pro-rated monthly reimbursement cost <br /> due to Cal OES for services rendered. <br /> 8. NOTICES <br /> All notices required by or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted in writing, via <br /> electronic mail, and shall be sent to the parties of this Agreement at their email <br /> addresses as set below unless changed from time to time, in which event each party <br /> shall notify the other via email, and all such notices shall be deemed duly given upon <br /> receipt of the notification. <br /> 9. AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES <br /> The authorized representatives during the term of this Agreement are identified in the <br /> tables below. Changes to the Authorized Representatives are allowed without contract <br /> amendment via written notice to the representatives identified below. <br />
