Uh, female, Hispanic, <br />black hair. And uh, earlier that morning, we had roll call training <br />regarding a 187 suspect who had killed her girlfriend in the city of <br />Orange. Uh, she was outstanding uh, in possession of a firearm. And <br />that’s the information that we got during the roll call training and they <br />gave us a picture of her and flyer. So when she came out, I recognized her <br />as I’m trying to process all this information. <br />DAWSON: Anything else you know about the incident over at Orange…or you, they, <br />uh, explained to you about the incident at Orange? <br />AYALA: Uh, she had made a comment that she wasn’t just gonna go in easy. She <br />was either gonna, put up a fight. <br />DAWSON: Okay. And so I understand, you got that information this morning as <br />you’re going down the alley initially… <br />AYALA: Uh-huh. <br />DAWSON: …and you saw these subjects in there. Did you notice anybody from that <br />homicide as you went by there? <br />AYALA: No. When I drove by I didn’t recognize anybody. <br />DAWSON: So that I understand, was it just a contact with them because possibly <br />drinking or something going on in the garage?
