When you <br />saw her, did she appear to be the girl that was, that you saw the picture <br />of from earlier? <br />AYALA: Yes. <br />DAWSON: And at that time, when you see, where do you see her at when you first <br />encounter her? <br />AYALA: Right about here. <br />DAWSON: So when you, I’m sorry, when you exit and you’re in this, when you exit <br />your car, where about are you at? <br />AYALA: I’m in the middle of the alley. <br />DAWSON: Why don’t you draw a X and guess where you’re at. <br />AYALA: In the middle of the alley, maybe about, no more than ten feet away. <br />DAWSON: And then, when you see her, where is exactly is she at? And do, I guess <br />make an O for her. She’s in front of the garage, is that what you circled?
