Uh, and then I made it back. Then I saw her <br />running out. Then I started hearing more gunfire. But uh, I remember just <br />shooting about half way through. And then I don’t know if I continued <br />shooting until I made it to the car. <br />DAWSON: And how long it take you to fire off those five rounds? <br />AYALA: A couple seconds. I don’t know, five seconds, three seconds. <br />DAWSON: As you back out southeast, where do, where do you go? <br />AYALA: I made it behind ESQUIVEL’s vehicle in the southwest portion of his <br />vehicle. <br />DAWSON: Okay. As you’re standing behind his vehicle… <br />AYALA: Yes. <br />DAWSON: The whole time as you’re backing up, can you see where she’s going? <br />AYALA: Uh, as soon as I make it here, as I’m running back, I see her stepping out <br />and running towards my vehicle like in a northeast direction. <br />DAWSON: And what is she doing with the gun at this time? <br />AYALA: I couldn’t see the gun at that time.
