As soon as I get here, I <br />see her fall down in the alley. <br />DAWSON: When you retreat back to the rear of the vehicle and you shot about, <br />what you describe as approximately five rounds, did you shoot any more <br />rounds that you know of when you were back at the vehicle? <br />AYALA: Yes. Right when I made it here, she fell, and I saw her reach for <br />something with her left hand. And I remember saying she’s reaching for <br />the gun and I fired two more rounds. <br />DAWSON: Okay. <br />AYALA: Um, she’s still a threat. I don’t know if she got hit, I’m not sure if she got <br />impacted. Uh, I was still scared for my safety and my partner’s safety, not <br />knowing that there’s probably still multiple suspects in there, you know… <br />DAWSON: You wanna draw, I guess a line roughly…I know you have a X here where <br />you started out, kind of where she would be at. Just make a circle, or <br />that’s fine with the ***. Um, when you saw her out in the middle and <br />then she fell down, you said she was moving on the ground, could you <br />see the gun at that time? <br />AYALA: No.
