So, so far you know, I’m still, I’m still <br />good. Uh, I made it to the back of the unit and I saw her, I just saw her fall <br />down to the ground. And I saw her reach for something with the left <br />hand in front of us…okay, she’s still an active threat, I don’t know if she’s <br />been hit… <br />DAWSON: Uh-huh. <br />AYALA: …and I remember *** okay, she’s got the gun. I’m thinking she’s gonna <br />get back up and start shooting. And I’m thinking we might have other <br />guys in there cause I had seen a total of four people in there. And yeah, <br />when I saw her reaching for you know, what I thought was a gun, I yelled <br />that out. As she reached for the gun I continued shooting two more <br />rounds. And uh, that’s when one of the guys poked his head out and just <br />stared at me for a second. <br />DAWSON: Okay. <br />AYALA: So just, I thought she was gonna kill me. She, she knew we were coming, <br />she had just seen me, so she knew what she was doing. So, at, at that <br />point I’m just playing catch up.
