EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant shall perform services as set forth below. <br /> The Consultant shall provide entertainment consulting and coordination services for City-sponsored <br /> cultural and Library events, including but not limited to the following programs and events: <br /> • Newhope Library's Grand Reopening/Ribbon Cutting <br /> o Saturday, July t t, 2026 <br /> o Location:Newhope Library <br /> • Moon Festival Event <br /> o September or October 2026 <br /> o Location:Newhope Library and/or Delhi Library <br /> • Tet(Lunar New Year)Festival <br /> o Saturday, January 30, 2027 <br /> o Location: Centennial Park <br /> • Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month Programs <br /> o May 2027 <br /> o Location; Newhope Library,Main Library, and/or Delhi Library <br /> • Other additional events that may occur during the term of this agreement <br /> The total amount paid to Consultant for above events/programs, shall not exceed Fifteen Thousand <br /> Dollars ($15,000) during the term of this agreement. In the event sufficient funding is not available,the <br /> City may terminate this Agreement upon written notice. <br /> The term of this agreement is from July 1,2026 to June 30,2027. <br /> Consultant Qualifications and Resources: <br /> The Consultant shall possess demonstrated experience and established relationships within diverse <br /> communities and entertainment networks, including access to a broad range of cultural and artistic <br /> talent. Such talent may include, but is not limited to: <br /> • Authors <br /> • Dancers <br /> • Musicians <br /> • Cultural performers <br /> • Specialty entertainers and performers representing a variety of genres and cultural traditions <br /> Below is a sample listing of performers used for previous events: <br /> o Lion Dance and Dragon Dance by Qing Wei <br /> o Magician Nathan Phan <br /> o Authors Ann Chau and Thai Nguyen <br /> #19793v18 <br />
