OCDA Investigator Hoover briefed Dr. on the circumstances of Washington ’s death. Present in the exam room <br />was Forensic Assistants V. Ledesma and P. Esquivel, Forensic Scientist K. Brown and Forensic Specialist J. Guevara. <br />I observed Washington’s nude body in a supine position on top of the metal examination table. Washington had <br />several pieces of medical equipment attached to his body. <br />1104 hours: <br />Dr. concluded the postmortem examination. For further details regarding the examination, refer to Dr. <br />report under Coroner Case #25-00310-LM.
