Freddie was transported via FALCK ambulance to Orange County Medical Center for medical examination. <br />After the scene was safe and Freddie was in custody, signed a private person arrest form for violation of PC 602 <br />(o). also stated he was desirous of prosecution for defrauding an Innkeeper and provided a copy of unpaid hotel <br />expenses charged to Freddie. I calculated all unpaid charges, excluding all taxes and surcharges. The total amount of <br />unpaid room stay was $966, making the charge of Defrauding an Innkeeper a felony - PC 537(a)(2). <br />CSI forensic specialist Davila arrived on the scene and photographed Freddie and all Officers involved. Please refer <br />to her supplementary report for more information regarding her involvement in this case. <br />Please refer to all supplemental reports under this case number for more information regarding their involvement in <br />this case. <br />The private person's arrest form and receipt regarding charges for hotel services were booked into Santa Ana police <br />evidence. <br />Sgt. Mercer was advised of all circumstances.
