Incentives may be provided in the form of gas cards, grocery cards <br /> (such as Walmart or similar retailers), or general prepaid Visa gift cards.This incentive is <br /> intended to recognize progress and encourage continued engagement in services that <br /> support employment outcomes.All incentives are issued only after staff verify completion <br /> and document the achievement in accordance with program procedures. <br /> Total Participant Incentives ($125 x 14 Participants)_$1,750 <br /> Follow Up Period, Supportive Services <br /> Supportive services during the follow-up period are designed to assist participants with <br /> their critical needs, removing barriers to employment retention, and ensuring they can <br /> successfully maintain employment after program completion.
