LN Account Manager: Jermaine Gage <br />This Schedule A sets forth additional or amended terms and conditions for the use of the Accurint for Law <br />Enforcement Plus and Accurint for Law Enforcement services ("LN Services"), as set forth in the LexisNexis <br />Risk & Information Analytics Group Application & Agreement - Law Enforcement dated as of June 5, <br />2008 between the Santa Ana Police Department ("Customer") and LexisNexis Risk & Information Analytics <br />Group Inc.n/k/a LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc. (" LN") for the LN Services (as defined in the Q) <br />Agreement) (the "Agreement"), to which this Schedule A is incorporated by reference. The LN Services If'/?_ <br />herein shall be providedby LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc. The LN Services set forth in this Schedule A are <br />non-FCRA Services. I?l <br />1. SCHEDULE A TERM <br />The term of this Schedule A will be twelve (12) months (the "Schedule A Term") beginning W/o the <br />"Effective Date" ), and shall automatically renew for additional periods of twelve (12) mont,?zi tGaui uite, a <br />"Schedule A Renewal Term"), unless a party provides written notice of termination to the other at least sixty (60) <br />days prior to the expiration of the Schedule A Term or any Schedule A Renewal Term. If an account is activated <br />after the first day of a calendar month, charges will not be pro-rated. <br />2. The User Fees <br />include unlimited access to all Features, excluding those Features identified in Section 2.2.
