2.2 Transactional Fees: Unless otherwise selected in the Price Table, the following Features shall be charged <br />a transactional fee (the "Transactional Fees') as specified in the attached Price Schedule: Advanced <br />SexualOffender, Aerial Imaging, Bankruptcy Documents, Delaware Corporation Search and Report, <br />Dun andBradstreet Search, MVR, News Searches, Court Search Wizard, Phones Plus, Property Deed Image, <br />Real TimeMVR, Real Time Person Search, Satellite Image, Sexual Offender Alerts, XML, Smart Jury <br />and BatchingService. Features with Transactional Fees will be disabled when account is set up. Please contact <br />your accountmanager at any point to have these features with Transactional Fees enabled. <br />2.3 Payment Amount: Customer shall pay to LN each month the greater of (i) total User Fees and applicable <br />Transactional Fees or (ii) the total monthly minimum amount(s) as specified in the Price Table. <br />2.4 Annual User Fee Adjustment: At the end of the Schedule A Term and any Schedule A Renewal Term, <br />User Fees will be increased 0%. <br />3. EXPIRATION <br />Unless otherwise accepted by LN, the terms herein are valid if the Schedule A is signed by the Customer and <br />received by LN on or before 04/29/2010. <br />4. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION <br />This Schedule A contains confidential information of LN. Customer acknowledges that the disclosure of such <br />information could cause competitive harm to LN, and as such, Customer agrees to maintain Schedule A in trust <br />and confidence and take reasonable precautions against such disclosure to any third party. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Schedule A as of the Effective Date <br />hereinabove written, between the City of Santa Ana / Santa Ana Police Department and LexisNexis Risk <br />Solutions FL Inc., f/k/a LexisNexis Risk & Information Analytics Group Inc.
