Contract Amend and Award for Uniform, Mat and Towel Service <br />November 15, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />Amend the current contract with Prudential Overall Supply to provide continued service through the <br />end of the current fiscal period while the task of measuring and providing new uniforms is processed. <br />In addition, once all old uniforms, mats, towels and dishtowels are returned to Prudential Overall <br />Supply, charges will be assessed for all lost items.
