MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING NO. C-9-0824 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />shall perform satisfactorily in service. <br />R <br />Route: See Corridor. <br />S <br />Schedule: A timetable which identifies each specific bus number, Direction of travel, <br />frequency, and arrival times at each Stop. <br />Scope Of Work (SOW): Section of the Contract Documents that defines all of the work <br />elements to be provided as part of the CONTRACT. <br />Significant Implementation Milestone: Work that has reached an advanced level or <br />threshold of completion. This threshold varies for different types of elements of work. <br />State: State of California. <br />Submittals: See Deliverables. <br />T <br />Testing: The process whereby the CONSULTANT verifies that the Components, <br />equipment, subsystems, systems and Interfaces function as specified and Interface <br />safely and properly with each other. <br />Test Reports: Reports of tests signed by qualified professional attesting that tests were <br />performed in accordance with the test method specified, that the test results reported <br />are accurate, and that items tested meet or fail to meet the stated requirements. <br />Transportation Management Center: A facility housing the operations management <br />centers. <br />V <br />Value Engineering: A formal and defined method of optimizing and balancing cost, <br />function, operation, Maintainability, overall life cycle cost, or other project parameter(s) <br />to achieve the best AUTHORITY defined value for the Project. <br />Verification: Is the act of reviewing, inspecting, Testing, checking, auditing, or <br />otherwise establishing and documenting whether items, processes, services, or <br />documents conform to specified requirements. <br />W <br />Scope of Work 116 05/18/10 <br />
