execution of this Agreement. Any changes in the schedule shall be reported in writing to <br />the Director. <br />2. Work Force <br />a) Contractor's supervisory personnel ( "Supervisors ") shall have at least five years <br />experience in Ornamental Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Irrigation Technology or <br />a related field. Supervisors shall also possess landscape /grounds management skills <br />required to implement modern methods and newly developed horticultural and <br />arboricuiture procedures and /or practices. Supervisors may be required to accompany <br />the Director on weekly inspection tours of the contract Paris sites. <br />b) The Contractor shall provide Irrigation Specialists who possess, at a minimum, a <br />Certificate in "Landscape Irrigation" equivalent to the specifications for the Fullerton <br />College Certificate of Proficiency in Landscape Irrigation as specified in Attachment 4, <br />hereto, to perform all irrigation checks and to provide direct supervision of repairs and /or, <br />modifications to the irrigation system. <br />c) The Contractor shall insure that all staff has a minimum of two years of landscape <br />maintenance experience. <br />d) The Director may request that the Contractor perform additional work or services to meet <br />the performance standards required by this Agreement. <br />3. Material Safety Data Sheets <br />a) The Contractor shall submit to the Director a list of all materials and /or chemicals that will <br />or may be used by Contractor in performing the terms of this Agreement. The list shall <br />include Material Safety Data Sheets and chemical analysis where applicable, <br />recommended usage and any other manufacturers data that may be pertinent The list <br />must be submitted before any materials/chemicals are used pursuant to the this <br />Agreement. <br />b) The materials and chemicals described herein shall comply with the following standards: <br />(1) All fertilizers shall be complete, furnishing the required percentage of nitrogen, <br />phosphoric acid and potash to keep lawns, trees, shrubs and other plants in a <br />healthy and vigorous growing condition. <br />(2) All pesticides, including but not limited to, insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and <br />rodenticides, shall be of the best quality obtainable and available on the market, <br />properly labeled with guaranteed analysis, and brought to the job site in the <br />manufacturer's original container. <br />(3) Tree stakes, tree ties and guy wires shall be of materials matching those already <br />existing at the Park work site or as agreed to by the Director upon inquiry by <br />Contractor if no such apparatus is currently present at the Park or if in Contractor's <br />judgment an alternative material should be used. <br />
