The project is currently in its preliminary stages. <br />FUTURE REMOVAL OF LOW AND MODERATE INCOME UNITS <br />The Agency anticipates that 20 very-low income units will be removed from the low and <br />moderate income housing stock in 2010. The location and Agency estimates of the number of <br />bedrooms and income levels of the existing households are identified in Table 25. ABILITY TO COMPLY WITH OBLIGATIONS PRIOR TO TIME LIMIT OF EFFECTIVENESS OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />Section 33490(a)(4) of the CRL requires a Merged Project Area that is within six years of the <br />time limit of effectiveness of the Redevelopment Plan to explain how the Agency will meet the <br />housing obligations. <br />The Central City subarea will reach the end of the Plan effectiveness on July 2, 2017.
