February 18, 2011 <br />Heather Folmar, Library Operations Manager <br />Santa Ana Public Library <br />26 Civic Center Plaza <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 -4010 <br />Dear Ms. Folmar: <br />We are pleased to approve the grant application for the "Small Steps Towards Healthy Living/Pasos Pequenos Para Una <br />Vida Sana" Video Project project for a total of $28,000 in federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds. <br />Mentoring and training a core of volunteer Youth Health Ambassadors to create bilingual health related videos for the <br />community is an innovative and commendable undertaking. We look forward to hearing what you learn from this <br />project and how local youth and your community respond.
