Also <br />includes table with pollutants potentially associated with various types of operations. <br />• Cell -phone <br />Cr Digital camera (with extra batteries) <br />• Sample containers <br />• pH strips <br />❑ Personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hard hat, steel -toed boots) <br />Other Activities <br />❑ Inspectors are trained on storm water sampling procedures and the use of automated sampling <br />and flow measurement equipment. <br />❑ Attend CASQA Meeting/Seminars <br />❑ Internal a -mails are sent out when an inspector encounters a situation that is out of the ordinary. <br />Regular interaction /discussion between inspectors is encouraged. <br />Inspector Name: <br />Inspector Signature: <br />Project Manager Review: <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
