[I] Itemized estimated breakdown for services for construction management for the <br />duration of construction. <br />a. Personnel costs - Itemized to show the following: <br />1. Personnel by classification/responsibilities. <br />2. Hourly rate for each classification. <br />3. Estimated hours for each personnel category. <br />4. Subtotal cost for each category. <br />5. Total estimated personnel cost. <br />The estimated construction duration stated above is for the purpose of cost estimate <br />only. The length of time requiring Consultant's services will be dependent on the <br />construction progress. For services under this category, the Consultant shall be paid <br />according to hourly rates set forth herewith and the actual hours of service. <br />b. Estimated reimbursable Expenses: <br />1. Costs of supplies and materials (itemized). <br />2. Travel - Transportation and per diem or subsistence listed separately, if any. <br />3. Any other direct charges. <br />4. Total estimated reimbursable expenses. <br />For services under this category, the Consultant shall be paid according to the rates <br />set forth herewith and the actual reimbursable expenses. <br />c. Subtotal of a and b. <br />[11] Contingency services for each month after the original time: <br />Services under this category will be provided when requested by the City, and the <br />Consultant shall be paid according to hourly rates set forth herewith and the actual <br />hours of service. <br />For the purpose of comparison, each proposer shall use the same number of hours: <br />600 hours for the construction manager and 600 hours for a construction inspector. <br />The subtotal of this category shall be calculated as follows: <br />9
