<br />Gene Autry Way (West)/1-5 HOV Interchange
<br />and Highway Improvements
<br />Anaheim, CA
<br />This project completed Phase 2 of the Gene Autry Way (West)/I-5 HOV
<br />interchange to 750 feet west, and Phase 3 of Gene Autry Way from 750
<br />feet west of Manchester Avenue to Haster Avenue. The project consisted
<br />of extending the existing six lanes of Gene Autry Way West across the 1-5
<br />through to Haster Street. The proposed improvements included roadway
<br />paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, signalization, pedestrian facilities,
<br />parking lot, raised medians, Mechanically Stabilized Embankment (MSE),
<br />retaining walls, sound walls, utility relocations, drainage, landscaping and
<br />irrigation, and a two-span cast-in-place box girder bridge.

<br />Mountain View Avenue Widening __ --
<br />Loma Linda, CA
<br />Hill (TCM Group) provided comprehensive construction management services
<br />for the construction of the Mountain View Avenue Grade Separation Widening
<br />project, including, but not limited to: resident engineering, construction
<br />inspection, construction engineering, contract administration, constructability
<br />review, contract change orders review, CPM scheduling, quality control,
<br />structure engineering, office engineering, document control, final estimates,
<br />and material acceptance testing. In addition, we requested independent
<br />assurance testing and construction surveying.
<br />Construction consisted of widening Mountain View Avenue roadway by one
<br />additional lane on the East side of Mountain View Avenue between Prospect
<br />Avenueand Van Leuven Street. The project included the widening of Mountain
<br />View Avenue Overhead Bridge and the San Timoteo Creek Bridge, roadway
<br />reconstruction and resurfacing, traffic signal, sewers and drainage systems,
<br />and storm drainage systems. The project required construction of various
<br />cast-in-place retaining walls, concrete block retaining walls, MSE walls,
<br />installation of an 18"waterline, installationand modificationofvariousstorm
<br />drain systems, irrigation system modifications, street lighting, traffic signal
