cabinet modifications, pedestrian lighting, bridge approach slabs, and other <br />items as depicted in the contract plans and specifications. A new 9'x 8' <br />reinforced concrete box pedestrian access tunnel was also constructed during <br />the course of the project to facilitate pedestrian traffic crossing Mountain View <br />Avenue just south of the San Timoteo Creek Bridge behind Abutment No. 1. The <br />project won ASCE's 2009-2010 Improvement Project of the Year. <br />On-Call Professional and Technical <br />Construction Engineering _ <br />Los Angeles County, CA ?- <br />Hill (TCM Group), as a sub-consultant, provided construction inspection <br />support services to Caltrans District 7 in the Los Angeles Area. Specific <br />duties included electrical inspection, construction inspection, SWPPP <br />compliance, and office engineering for preparing, processing and controlling <br />all documentation in accordance with the Caltrans Construction Manual. The <br />work included preparing progress estimates, change orders, daily reports, <br />filing, drafting correspondence, and review and inspection of traffic control <br />systems for lane closures. All personnel were trained and certified through <br />the Caltrans Safety and SWPPP training. Construction elements inspected <br />included test piles and drill shafts, trenching and shoring, falsework review <br />and approval, mass concrete monitoring, rubberized asphalt paving, AC and <br />PCC pavement, quality assurance, inspection of post-tensioning operations, <br />electrical and mechanical work for various projects. In addition, Hill was <br />involved in Cost Reduction Incentive Proposals (CRIPs), providing technical, <br />functional and other support services, and attending pre-construction <br />meetings. <br />Projects included, but were not limited to: <br />Contract No. 07A2070 - Highway 138, 1-5, SR-14, SR-405, SR-91, SR-605 <br />and SR-710. Contract No. 07A2071 - SR-91, SR-605, SR-710, SR-110, SR- <br />405 and 1-5. Contract No. 07A2072 - Highway 138 in the Palmdale area. <br />j?Caltrans On-Call Structures Inspection <br />Riverside and Victorville, G4 <br />Hill (TCM Group), as a subconsultant, provided assistant structures <br />representative, structures inspection, and support services to Caltrans District <br />59 in the Cities of Victorville and Riverside, California. The project included: <br />SR-60/SR-91/1-215 Interchange.
