This project later attained awards from various organizations. <br />Retrofit of Flintridge, Route 2, Caltrans District 7, La Canada, CA <br />Mr. Law provided expert testimony in arbitrations for government agency for issues arising out of CPM <br />scheduling, project delays, disruptions and work sequences involved various phases of the projects. <br />He reviewed job records, interviewed personnel and established his findings and conclusions leading <br />to favorable results for the clients. He also refuted the methodologies and conclusions reached by the <br />opposing expert. <br />Passaic River Bridge, Belleville, NJ <br />As a member of the team for a general contractor, Mr. Law reviewed daily reports and compiled information <br />pertinent to the claims from the electrical subcontractor to establish factual findings for disputes arising out of <br />this $33 million construction contract with New Jersey Department of Transportation. This bridge is a double- <br />lift bridge with twin towers over Passaic River along Route 7 in New Jersey. <br />Central Artery Project, Boston, MA <br />Scheduling Engineer. Mr. Law served as Scheduling Engineer and was part of a team performing claims <br />analysis on a multi-year, delivery order claims consulting contract on this $15 billion public works <br />transportation project, one of the largest and most technically difficult infrastructure projects ever <br />undertaken in the U.S. Specific claims involved a $65 million delay and disruption claim and $45 million <br />disputed changes claim on a $400 million contract for the design and construction of several viaducts, <br />connectors and roadways, general review and pricing/auditing of value engineering proposals; a $150 <br />million claim for disputed directed changes, delay and disruption on the $104 million contract for the <br />System-wide Intelligent Traffic Control System; a $24 million delay, disruption and changes claim on a <br />$51 million contract; and a $12 million claim of disputed costs and 4 month delay involving tunnel jacking <br />obstructions.
