CA - Second Amendment to Agreement for FGMs <br />Article 1.4 RELAMPING OF CITY HALL BUILDING <br />Description of Work <br />• Relamp fixtures with existing 30W T-8 lamps to 3rtl generation 25W T-8 <br />lamps per the tables below. <br />• Lamps shall be GE Ultra T8 (F32T8/25W/SPX/ECO) lamps having a <br />medium bi-pin base with a minimum life of 20,000 hours (XL) at 3 hours <br />per start on T8 instant start ballasts, color temperature 4100K, with a <br />color rendering index of at least 81, or equivalent. <br />Page 3 of 13 <br />Siemens Industry, Inc., Building Technologies Division <br />Exhibit A (Supplemental) - Scope of Work and Services v.061611
