The new boards to match the same items in the existing gear with the one exception of an added compartment for the Musco lighting control panels Extend the existing concrete pad to fit the size of the new switchgear Assumptions • Work to be done during regular hours • Existing wire in good condition for reuse. Exclusions • Temporary power and lighting. • Utility company charges. • Low voltage systems of any kind. • Repair or modification to existing equipment, wiring or distribution, except as specifically noted above. • Permit fees. • Removal or replacement of landscape, trees or softscape. Article 1.3 RELAMPING OF POLICE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING Description of Work • Relamp fixtures with existing 30W T-8 lamps to 3rd generation 25W T-8 lamps per the table below. • Lamps shall be GE Ultra T8 (F32T8/25W/SPX/ECO) lamps having a medium bi-pin base with a minimum life of 20,000 hours (XL) at 3 hours per start on T8 instant start ballasts, color temperature 4100K, with a color rendering index of at least 81, or equivalent.
