a guarantee that the contractor who submits the successful proposal will enter into the proposed <br />contract if the same is awarded to him. The successful proposer will also be required to submit <br />a payment bond an amount not less than fifty percent (50 %) of the annual contract price. These <br />bonds can be broken down by district and only need to be submitted for the districts you are <br />applying for. <br />P. REVIEW OF JOB SITE <br />The Contractor shall be held responsible for carefully reviewing the sites and maps and <br />verifying all areas of work, prior to proposal submittal. <br />II. SCOPE <br />The City is interested in receiving proposals from contractors for providing park landscape services at <br />the 50 parks and other properties listed in Exhibit F. The detailed specification included as Exhibit A <br />describes the quality of work that is expected from the contractor. The City reserves the right to <br />contract with any, all, or none of the contractors who submit base proposals and /or alternate proposals, <br />and reserves the right to enter into only one agreement with a single contractor. <br />REQUIRED SUB - CONTRACTORS <br />Contractor shall enter into separate agreements with one of contractors listed below.
