(1) For Placentia Seal Beach Stanton and Tustin: <br />(a.) The prior year's charge shall be adjusted by an <br />amount which represents the percentage change in the cost of fire system operations <br />as set forth in 3. B. above. <br />(b.) Any difference between that amount and the amount <br />of increase allowable under the applicable cap shall then be applied to the City's <br />financial obligation under the Authority's facilities maintenance program. <br />(c.) Any difference between the sum of those two <br />amounts and the amount allowable under the applicable cap shall next be applied to the <br />City's financial obligation under the Authority's equipment replacement/depreciation <br />program. <br />(d.)
