Santa Aria Proposal for Emergency Services <br />Facilities <br /><X~P~\ I'roherty Management completed a cursory review of the. ten (10) Santa rlna fire <br />stations and the tr;tining facility to evaluate the overall condition- Supporting Santa :1na <br />documents were provided by SAFI~_ The inspection included the following areas: <br />• L~lectrical <br />• I~lumbing <br />• 11VAC <br />• L.mergency generators <br />• hoof <br />• !\pparatus I3ay Doors <br />• I>icscl I~:lhaust Collection <br />• l?nderground Storage "Tanks <br />• Dornz, bath, and storage configuration <br />"I'he inspection revealed all stations to be in clean, serviceable condition, with no major <br />deficiencies apparent outside of identified root and kitchen remodeel needs. 1/ach of the <br />facilities will rcyuire additional upgrades to meet OCI~c~ station standards. -These upgrades <br />rcquirc. discussion on items listed in the 1-Facilities Issues list on page 4=1- -1'he facility issues <br />will require separate discussion for action items and are. not included in the startup cost <br />options. <br />OC1~:1 will require inspection certification of asbestos mitigation or a management plan for <br />each facility. 1\11 current permits and certifications for generators, elevators, fuel station, <br />underground tanks, and any other machinery requiring permits or certification will be <br />required to be provided tc> C>CFr\ for transfer of the facilities responsibility.
