30-Day Public Comment Period - The 30-day public comment period for the 2012-2013 Action Plan will commence <br />on March 17, 2012 and will end at 5:00 p.m. on April 17, 2012. The draft plan shall be available for public inspection <br />during regular business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday in the offices of the <br />Housing Department, 20 Civic Center Plaza, 3rd Floor, Community Development Agency, 20 Civic Center Plaza, 6a, <br />Floor, Office of the Clerk of the Council, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Room 809, and the Main Public Library, 26 Civic <br />Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California and on the city's website. Written comments on the plan may be submitted to <br />the Community Development Agency on or before 5:00 p.m. on April 17, 2012. Additionally, the Substantial <br />Amendment of the 2011-2012 Action Plan 30-day public comment period will occur concurrently with the 30-day <br />public comment period for the 2012-2013 Action Plan and will be available for review at the same locations. <br />Use of 80% Household Median Income Standards <br />This also serves as notice that the City of Santa Ana has chosen to use the uncapped 80 percent of household <br />median income standard to identify census tracts where CDBG activities may be assumed to serve low- and <br />moderate-income households. The uncapped income standard is revised annually.
