The complainant may appeal to the State if he/she is not satisfied with the <br /> decision of the Santa Ana LWIA. <br /> <br /> 2. The Complainant must file his/her appeal as a request for review directly with <br /> the Chief WID within ten (10) calendar days after the receipt of the Santa Ana <br /> LWIA's decision. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. The Chief-WID, shall issue a decision no later than thirty (30) calendar days <br /> after receipt of the request for review. <br /> <br /> 4.
