Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached 19 -month <br />agreement amendment, with Master Landscape & Maintenance, Inc. to provide park <br />landscape maintenance services in District 1 in an amount not to exceed $401,957 and <br />approve a 10% contingency for unanticipated work for a total amount not to exceed <br />$442,153, subject to non - substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached 19 -month <br />agreement amendment, with DMS Facility Services, LLC to provide park landscape <br />maintenance services in District 2, in an amount not to exceed $576,332, and approve a <br />10% contingency for unanticipated work for a total amount not to exceed $633,965, subject <br />to non - substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />3. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached one -year <br />agreement with Vista Del Verde to provide park landscape maintenance services in District <br />3, in an annual amount not to exceed $508,164 and approve a 10% contingency for <br />unanticipated work for a total annual amount not to exceed $558,980, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />4. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached one -year <br />agreement amendment with Midori Landscape, Inc. to provide park landscape maintenance <br />services in District 4 and District A, in an annual amount not to exceed $931,608 and <br />approve a 14% contingency for unanticipated work for a total annual amount not to exceed <br />$1,062,544, subject to non- substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />251 -1 <br />
