2. paying any premium and receiving any return premium that may become due under this policy; <br />3. effecting or accepting notices of cancellation, nonrenewal, premium increase, or change in policy <br />terms; and <br />4. exercising or declining to exercise any right under this policy, including declining or exercising the <br />extended reporting period options set forth in CONDITIONS 6.9, extended reporting period <br />options. <br />6.15 Headings <br />The descriptions in the headings and subheadings of this policy are solely for convenience and form no <br />part of the terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of this policy. <br />6.16 Integration of Contract <br />All the provisions of this policy are intended to be read together as one integrated document. No <br />applicable provision, nor any part thereof, is intended to be separable from the balance of the applicable <br />policy provisions. The meaning of each applicable provision of this policy is created by what is written in <br />such provision and by what is written in the balance of the applicable policy provisions. <br />6.17 Entire Agreement <br />By acceptance of this policy you agree that the statements in the Declarations and application are your <br />statements and representations, that this policy is issued in reliance upon the truth of such <br />representations and that this policy embodies all agreements existing between you and us or any of our <br />agents relating to this insurance. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the insurer has caused this Policy to be signed by its President and Secretary, but this <br />Policy shall not be valid unless countersigned by a duly authorized representative of the Insurer. <br />0"t ?? aji, A?"
