Career Services Team: Towards the end of the student's program they begin to create a strong <br />relationship with the Career Services team. They work one -on -one together to prepare for and <br />secure a job in their field. <br />Christina Penner, Director of Career Services <br />Christina assists students with internships and externships. She is also <br />responsible for oversight and development of the career services boot camp. <br />Most importantly, she helps our graduates start promising careers. Christina <br />received a Bachelor's Degree in Math from University of South Africa and <br />has over 15 years of experience working at top staffing agencies. <br />Marion Pierson, Career Advisor <br />Marion assists students in getting ready for their job search and professional <br />interviews. She holds a Master's and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. She <br />attended CSU East Bay and UCLA. <br />Administrative Staff: Both the CEO and President of the college will be involved in the overall <br />management and oversight of the WIA Youth Program. <br />Niko Everett, President <br />Niko supports our local on the ground marketing efforts and she spearheads <br />relationships with the community by building partnerships with local non- <br />profits, schools and businesses. She has over 10 years' experience running <br />non - profit organizations that empower youth in low- income <br />communities. Niko holds a BA from Tufts University and was a scholarship <br />recipient at the Harvard Business School's Non- Profit Management Program. <br />Caleb Everett, CEO <br />Caleb maintains overall responsibility for the day -to -day operations of the <br />college and for setting the longer term strategy. Caleb has more than 10 <br />years of managerial experience in the financial and educational fields, and <br />holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from University of <br />Pennsylvania. Caleb is the Board Chair for Rising Sun Energy Center, a <br />workforce development youth program. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />25D -441 <br />
