Section 16. The title of Chapter 12 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is amended <br />to read in full as follows: <br />Chapter 12 <br />ADULT ENTERTAINMENT <br />Section 17. Section 41 -25.5 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />hereby added to read as follows: <br />Sec. 41 -25.5. Bar. <br />A commercial establishment whose primary use is the sale and service of <br />alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises, with or without food service, from <br />which minors are excluded by law and which requires a "public premises" -type license <br />issued by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. For zoning purposes <br />only, a bar shall be treated like a restaurant and permitted in any zone in which a <br />restaurant would be allowed. <br />Section 18. Section 41 -44.5 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />hereby added to read as follows: <br />Sec. 41 -44.5. Concert Venue. <br />A commercial establishment of 11,000 square feet or larger where people go <br />to primarily listen to and observe various forms of live concerts or entertainment, which <br />includes dancing or other form of personal interaction with the performance. <br />Section 19. Section 41 -57 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />hereby added to read as follows: <br />Sec. 41 -57. Eating Establishment. <br />A commercial establishment whose primary use is the sale and service of <br />meals on -site to quests and which has suitable kitchen facilities containing the necessary <br />appliances required for cooking unpackaged foods, and which complies with all of the <br />requirements of the local department of health and the California Department of Alcoholic <br />Beverage Control for a bona fide public eating place pursuant to the Section 23038 of the <br />California Business and Professions Code. <br />75A -37 <br />
