Section 20. Section 41 -101.2 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />hereby added to read as follows: <br />Sec. 41- 101.2. Live Entertainment. <br />Includes, but is not limited to, musical performances (non- ambient (as <br />defined in section 11 -1) live or recorded) any act play, revue pantomime scene dance <br />act, DJ, Karaoke, strolling musician or any combination thereof, performed by one (1) or <br />more persons whether or not they are compensated for the performance <br />Section 21. Section 41 -128 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />hereby added to read as follows: <br />Sec. 41 -128. Off -Sale Establishment. <br />Those establishments licensed by the California Department of Alcoholic <br />Beverage Control to sell alcohol for consumption away from the premises (e.g., liquor <br />stores, convenience stores, grocery stores). <br />Section 22. Section 41 -129 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />hereby added to read as follows: <br />Sec. 41 -129. On -Sale Establishment. <br />Those establishments that qualify as bona fide eating establishments and <br />that are licensed by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to sell alcohol <br />for consumption on the premises. <br />Section 23. Section 41 -138.5 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />hereby added to read as follows: <br />Sec. 41- 138.5. Public Premise. <br />An establishment licensed by the California Department of Alcoholic <br />Beverage Control to sell and serve alcohol pursuant to Section 23039 of the California <br />Business and Professions Code. <br />Section 24.
