28. UPGRADES TO SYSTEM <br />All upgrades to the system by Contractor will be gratis to the City unless mutually agreed upon <br />by both parties in writing. <br />29. LIABILITY FOR CITY SCANNED DOCUMENTS <br />City accepts any and all liability resulting from the placement of documents scanned by the City <br />that are made available on the Internet for public viewing through the services of the Contractor. <br />In no event does the Contractor accept liability created by any document scanned into the System <br />by the City. <br />The Parties acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement as evidenced by <br />the following signatures of their duly and authorized representatives.
