The <br />replacement units for the above mentioned projects will be: <br />w Within the boundaries of the Santa Ana Boulevard Project (Santa <br />Ana Boulevard and Civic Center Drive) <br />m District Centers <br />a McFadden remnant parcels <br />H &S Section 33413 (b) (1) and (2) — The Inclusionary Rule <br />Section 33413 (b) (1) of the Health and Safety Code requires that at <br />least 30 percent of all dwelling units actually developed by a <br />redevelopment agency shall be available at affordable housing cost to <br />persons and families of low -or moderate - income, and not less than 50 <br />percent of the units shall be available at affordable housing to very- <br />low- income households. <br />Section 33413 (b) (2) requires that at least 15 percent of all dwelling <br />units developed within a project area by public or private entities or <br />persons other than the redevelopment agency, but including those <br />developed pursuant to a written agreement with the agency, shall be <br />available at affordable housing cost to persons and families of low -or <br />Dann 1 07 _.
