U <br />Five -Year Implementation Plan <br />Amended February 2003 <br />Page 39 <br />moderate - income, and not less than 40 percent of the affordable units <br />shall be available at affordable housing cost to very-low- income <br />households. To illustrate the inclusionary rule in terms of numbers, of <br />every 100 dwelling units developed or rehabilitated by entities other <br />than the Agency, 15 shall be affordable, with 9 affordable to persons <br />of low -or moderate- income, and 6 available to persons of very-low- <br />income. <br />For each project area which subdivision (b) of Section 33413 applies, <br />the Agency is required by H & S 33490 (a) (2) (B) (i) to estimate the <br />number of new, substantially rehabilitated or price - restricted <br />developed to date (detailed in Exhibit 1) and during the next five <br />years (detailed in Exhibit 2).
