Prior to approval of final design plans, the project applicant <br />shall submit the proposed project to the Orange County Airport <br />Land Use Commission for review and consistency of FAA criteria <br />and regulations. <br />37. Prior to approval of final design plans, the project applicant <br />shall file a Notice of Proposed Construction with the FAA. <br />Conditions placed on the project by the FAA shall be <br />incorporated in the final design and construction of the <br />proposed project. <br />38. Prior to the issuance of grading permits, the project <br />applicant shall provide proof of coverage under NPDES General <br />Construction Activity Storm Water Permit, which includes a <br />copy of the project permit number and two copies of the Storm <br />Water Pollution Prevention Plan. <br />39. Prior to the issuance of grading permits, the project <br />applicant shall provide a NPDES post construction storm water <br />management plan per Orange County Drainage Area Management <br />Plan (DAMP) that includes all Structural and Non - Structural <br />Best Management Practices for the proposed project. <br />40. Submit and have approved a surface drainage /utility plan to <br />include all structural Best Management Practices. <br />41. Provide two copies of the Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) <br />that includes a description of all- applicable Structural and <br />Non - Structural Best Management Practices, which would apply to <br />this project. <br />42. Prior to issuance of grading permits, the project applicant <br />shall receive approval of NPDES Permit for the State Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board for the proposed on -site <br />dewatering operations. <br />43. Building plans for the proposed project shall reflect that <br />restaurant uses be fitted with a grease interceptor to the <br />size and capacity as designated by the Building Safety <br />Division of the City of Santa Ana to mitigate impacts on the <br />local sanitary sewer system and regional water quality. Such <br />grease interceptor shall be regularly maintained so as to <br />remain fully functional. <br />
