Beverburg and L. Kranser) <br />STAFF PRESENT: Joan Golding, Executive Officer <br />Alfred Brady, Staff Analyst <br />Sue Tanner, Secretary <br />PLEDGE: Commissioner Campbell led all present in the Pledge of Allegiance <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />A discussion ensued at the behest of Commissioner Harris regarding the attaching of his letter to the meeting <br />minutes, after which staff was directed to do so. <br />On the motion and second of Commissioners Propst and Harris, with Commissioner O'Malley abstaining, the <br />minutes of the January 15, 2004 meeting were approved as written, with the addition of the aforementioned letter <br />being attached. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />City of Santa Ana - Area of Special Airspace Concern (JWA AELUP) <br />Mr. Vince Fregoso, Santa Ana Senior Planner, explained that the planning division has begun working with <br />ALUC staff on updating the City's Airport Environs Element, with a staff meeting scheduled for tomorrow <br />morning.
